NinoGaming Crazy Time: The 54-Segment Wheel, Top Slot and Side Games

Crazy Time is a money wheel game show from Evolution: 54 segments, four bonus games and a slot-style multiplier on top. It sits in this site’s live casino section on studios and tables, and every rule and figure below comes from Evolution’s own published game rules.

Those rules were read from the Crazy Time rules document as republished by Loto-Québec, because Evolution’s public game pages were region-blocked during research. The same text appears in the help screen at an Evolution table.

What is on the Crazy Time wheel

The wheel is vertical, spun by the host, and stops on one of 54 segments. A flapper at the top marks the winning segment.

The stake on a winning bet is returned on top of the winnings. A bonus game can be watched by everyone, but only players with a bet on that bonus spot take part in it.

How the Top Slot multiplier works

At the same moment the wheel is spun, a two-reel Top Slot spins on the screen above it. It picks one random bet spot and one random multiplier.

1. If the bet spot and multiplier line up on the middle row, that multiplier is attached to that spot for the round.
2. If they do not line up, the round runs with no Top Slot multiplier.
3. If the wheel then stops on the matched spot, a number bet’s payout is multiplied, or a bonus game’s multipliers are multiplied before the bonus is played.

The four Crazy Time bonus games

Each bonus plays out only when the wheel lands on its segment.

Cash Hunt

A wall of 108 random multipliers is generated, multiplied by any Top Slot multiplier, then hidden behind symbols and shuffled. You aim a cannon at one spot before the countdown ends. If you do not choose, a spot is picked at random for you.

Pachinko

A puck drops from a random zone, 4 to 12, onto a wall of pegs and lands on one of 16 multipliers. Landing on DOUBLE doubles every multiplier and the puck drops again. Once all multipliers reach 10,000x, DOUBLE is replaced by a 10,000x multiplier, and a Rescue Drop may occur after a 2x, 3x or 4x landing.

Coin Flip

A red and blue coin is flipped, with one random multiplier assigned to each side. The side facing up wins. If both multipliers are low, a Rescue Flip may generate new ones and flip again.

Crazy Time

Behind the red door is a 64-segment wheel with three flappers: red, blue and yellow. You pick one, and your multiplier is the segment it stops on. DOUBLE or TRIPLE multiplies every value on the wheel and spins it again for that flapper, until all values reach 20,000x, when those segments become 20,000x.

Crazy Time RTP, bet by bet

Evolution publishes one figure per bet spot. The headline 96.08% is the optimal figure, from the number 1 bet only.

The bonus bets carry the biggest multipliers and the lowest returns. On the Pachinko bet, the game keeps 5.67% of stakes over the long run, against 3.92% on number 1.

For comparison, the live baccarat Banker bet keeps 1.06% on eight decks, and the dragon tiger main bets keep 3.73%.

Crazy Time Philippines: what can be confirmed

Evolution appears on a PAGCOR EGLD approved live-dealer list, which approves its games for operators that PAGCOR licenses. It also opened a live studio in Cebu in 2025. Neither fact says which operators carry Crazy Time.
