This policy covers this information site only. It does not cover NinoGaming, the casino operator, which runs a separate site under its own privacy terms.
It describes the site as of 2026-09-24, when Google Analytics was added. If that changes again, this page will be updated and dated.
What this site does not collect
There is no account to create here, so no name, email address, phone number, ID document or payment detail is ever asked for or stored.
There are no forms. There is no contact inbox yet, so nothing sent by email reaches this site either.
The site loads no advertising script, and fonts are served from the site itself rather than from a third-party font service. The one third-party script is Google Analytics, described below.
What is processed when you visit
Any website has to receive a request to send a page back. The site is built to run on Cloudflare’s network, and like any host, Cloudflare processes request data to deliver pages and protect the service: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string.
This site uses that data only to keep the site running and to diagnose errors. It is not combined with any other data, sold or used to build a profile of you. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy governs how Cloudflare itself handles it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4, run by Google, to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they come from. It also records when someone clicks a partner button, noting the button’s label and the page it was on, so the site can tell which pages are useful.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_<ID>, that keep a random identifier for up to two years so repeat visits can be counted. It collects your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived and those button clicks. Google does not log or store full IP addresses in Analytics 4. The data is never used for advertising and is not combined with anything that names you.
To stop it, block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way. Google’s own privacy policy governs how Google handles the data.
Links to the operator
The Register and Login buttons are affiliate links. Following one sends you through a third-party tracking link to the operator’s site, so that an account opened there can be credited to this site.
From the moment you leave this site, the privacy terms of the tracking service and of the operator apply, not this policy. Anything you type into the operator’s site, including ID documents and payment details, is handled by the operator. Read its own privacy terms before registering.

Pages link to PAGCOR, the Official Gazette, game studios and other sources so you can check a fact yourself. Those sites have their own policies.
Age
The site is written for readers aged 21 and over, the legal gambling age in the Philippines. It does not knowingly collect anything from anyone, of any age, beyond the request and analytics data described above.
Your rights
This site stores no personal data of its own. The host keeps short-lived request logs and Google Analytics holds pseudonymous visit data under the random identifier above, so there is normally nothing that can be tied to your name. Clearing this site’s cookies removes that identifier from your browser.
Philippine data privacy rights still apply to you. Once contact opens, requests will be accepted through the channel on the contact page.
