What GrabPay says about gambling transactions
This is the clearest gambling position of any Philippine e-wallet examined, and it is a prohibition. Grab’s Acceptable Use Policy, published inside its own terms of service, bars using GrabPay for ‘gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, fantasy sports, lottery tickets’, with a narrow exception only where the gambling activity is registered with the appropriate government agency. Any page telling a reader that GrabPay is a straightforward way to fund a casino account would be contradicting GrabPay’s own published terms.

GrabPay settles in real time for wallet-to-wallet transfers. The wallet operates in Philippine pesos only. That describes the rail, not the casino: an operator can hold a withdrawal for its own review before it ever reaches GrabPay, and that review is usually where waiting time comes from.
