Why this site could not help with an account anyway

This site is not NinoGaming. It holds no accounts and no funds, and it has no access to the operator’s systems. Even with an inbox open, it could not reset a password, trace a deposit or release a withdrawal.

Those requests belong with the operator. Use whatever support channel is listed on the operator’s own site, reached from an address you have typed or verified yourself, rather than a link from a message or a social media post. Sign in at www.ninogaming.com and open Account in the bottom bar to reach NinoGaming’s own support.

Who can act on what

Different problems belong to different people. The list below covers the common ones.

  • A login, deposit or withdrawal problem. Only the operator can act on it. Keep screenshots, dates and transaction references before you contact its support.
  • A doubt about a casino’s licence. PAGCOR is the regulator. Its corporate office is at the MET Live Building, Macapagal Boulevard corner EDSA Extension, Pasay City, and it lists telephone numbers +632 8521-1542 and +632 8522-0299.
  • Gambling that has stopped being fun. PAGCOR’s responsible gaming line is (02) 8248-9568. PAGCOR also runs self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
  • A mental health crisis. The Department of Health lists the National Center for Mental Health crisis hotline, 1553, as available 24/7.

Every number above comes from PAGCOR’s own website or from a Department of Health release. This site did not call them to test them, so check the source if a number does not connect.

If you find a fact on this site that is wrong or out of date, there is no inbox to send it to yet. Pages state the date and the source of each figure, so you can compare the page against the source directly.
