Malta Gaming Authority is the first record listed on its page. Pocket Games Software Limited (C 76195) holds licence MGA/B2B/435/2017.

Because it publishes RTP, any figure quoted for one of its titles can be traced back to the studio. RTP appears in PG Soft’s game data, yet the page a visitor sees never renders it — the visible field shows only a blank dash, even though the figure is present in the data the server sends alongside the page.

The Evolution entry

Malta Gaming Authority is the first record listed on its page. Evolution Gaming Malta Limited holds licence MGA/CRP/187/2010.

Because it publishes RTP, any figure quoted for one of its titles can be traced back to the studio. Third-party sources consistently report RTP figures for Evolution’s game-show titles, which are recorded as publishing RTP..

The thing most often got wrong here

What matters most here is the difference between a PAGCOR operator licence and a PAGCOR EGLD listing. When a studio’s game content is EGLD-listed, PAGCOR has approved it for use by the operators it licenses. The studio does not hold it as a licence, and it says nothing about any casino carrying those games.

Only that applies to four of the seven studios listed below. Each of their pages states this plainly, because “PAGCOR listed” and “PAGCOR licensed” differ by one word yet mean worlds apart — and readers are usually hoping to find the second.

Check the game provider’s details inside the game itself

Nothing here has to be taken on trust. Every licence stated on these pages traces back to a public register, and here is where those registers are open:

1. For a Malta licence, search the company name, not the brand name, on the MGA authorisation portal. Often, a differently named subsidiary is the actual licensee — Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited holds Pragmatic Play’s Malta licence, not any entity called Pragmatic Play.
2. To check a UK licence, look it up on the Gambling Commission public register using the account number. An active licence lists its activities plus the date each one started, and any regulatory settlement against the holder shows on that same record.
3. To check a PAGCOR EGLD listing, look for the studio’s approved-games PDF on pagcor.ph. What it approves is game content for licensed operators — read it that way. If the document never states the studio holds a licence, then it does not hold one.
4. To find an RTP figure, head to the studio’s own page for that particular title. When the figure isn’t there, no comparison site can produce it — and when two comparison sites disagree, that disagreement is itself the finding.
