Before you start

What happens after PAGCOR self exclusion starts
Your name is posted to PAGCOR’s National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP), which licensees consult. PAGCOR states the order is enforced in all PAGCOR-operated and regulated gaming facilities, wherever you applied, and its portal says it applies to all casinos and online gaming sites.
After the first 6 months you may petition to change the period using RG Form 8, according to PAGCOR’s Responsible Gaming Code of Practice. When the period ends, the order lifts automatically. To stay excluded, re-apply on RG Form 2 and tick the re-application box.
Family exclusion is a separate track. A spouse, a child at least 18 years old, or a parent can apply on RG Form 3 with proof of relationship; the RG Code lists periods of 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. PAGCOR’s online portal directs family applications to its support email.

Common errors
The application was not processed.
PAGCOR states that incomplete requirements will not be processed. Check that the ID shows your signature and birthdate and that both photos are recent 2x2 shots with no glasses or hat.
You changed your mind a week later.
The first 6 months are irrevocable by design. After that, RG Form 8 lets you petition to amend the period.
You can still log in to a site after applying.
Allow the roughly two weeks PAGCOR gives for the order to take effect. A site whose domain is not on PAGCOR’s lists is not bound by the order at all, which is one more reason to check the PAGCOR license rules before playing anywhere.
Your exclusion ended and you did not want it to.
The order lifts automatically at the end of the period. File RG Form 2 again with the re-application box ticked.
